Based in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Brett LaChappelle has several years of experience as a warranty administrator for Kunes RV in Cleveland, Wisconsin. His activities in this position included writing and submitting claims for approval, accounting, and various administrative duties. During his time in this position, Brett LaChappelle developed and presented a recreational vehicle (RV) warranty administration training seminar that was presented to all of the company’s administrators, managers, and executives.
